Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern bookings of RC Signature collection accommodations made directly on this site.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed after secure payment via Stripe. A confirmation email, your booking reference and access to your stay booklet are then sent to you.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, per night. The total price of the stay, calculated according to the chosen dates and any additional services, is displayed before payment.

4. Additional services

Services (champagne, breakfast, massage, etc.) are offered à la carte, with a notice period specific to each service. They are paid at booking or from the stay booklet.

5. Cancellation

The cancellation conditions applicable to your stay are provided at booking and recalled in your confirmation email.

6. Liability

The traveller undertakes to respect the accommodation and its house rules. Any issue can be reported at any time from the stay booklet; the host is notified immediately.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
