RC Signature (RC Patrimoine group) is responsible for the data collected via this site.

Data collected

As part of a booking: name, email, phone, stay dates and payment information (processed directly by Stripe, never stored on our servers).

Purposes

• Managing and confirming bookings;
• Secure access to the stay booklet (magic link);
• Sending practical and transactional information;
• Improving the stay experience.

Retention period

Traveller data is kept for as long as necessary for the stay, then anonymised after a configured period following departure (by default 15 days for booklet access), in line with the data minimisation principle.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie and a language preference cookie. No advertising cookie is placed.
